Spiderwort, Tradescantia ohiensis

These rhizomatous, leafy-stemmed perennials often form large clumps with numerous stems bearing open umbels of flowers about 2 cm across. the linear leaves are 3-4 dm long.Found along woodland margins, roadsides,and pond or stream margins in all parts of Florida.
