Sundew, Drosera capillaris
The basal rosette of colorful glandular leaves of this Sundew is usually 2-3 cm in diameter. The leafless scape, or flower stalk, is 7-15 cm tall. This small plant is widely distributed and can be locally abundant in bogs, savannas, and along wet ditches of much of Florida and the Southeast. (Florida Wildflowers and Roadside Plants, 1982)
