Cedar Waxwing, Bombycilla cedrorum
These sleek, elegant birds are highly social, often seen lined up on a wire or branch passing berries or flower petals from one bird to the next. Best identified by a narrow, black “bandit” mask across the eyes, the crested bird has yellow tail tips and waxy red tips on the inner wing feather. (Backyard Birds of The South, 2008)
